All I have to say is "Lord of the Rings." I really don't think I need to say more. I was watching the Academy Awards last night and only saw up to where "Return of the King" won its 3rd Oscar. This morning while I was eating breakfast I was also listening to the radio, and I heard them say that "Lord of the Rings" swept the Oscars winning 11 out of 11. All I can say is that I stood up from the table and did my little dance of victory along with me bringing my elbow by my side screaming "YES!" I was so happy the whole day. Whoo-hoo!!

I was also very excited that Renee Zellweger won her first Oscar. I definitely think she deserved that one even though I didn't see "Cold Mountain." I figured I would read the book prior to seeing the movie.

Well, there was my attempt at blogging. Yeah, I know. Pathetic.

It's official. I suck at blogging. I'm home sick right now...stupid sore throat. Dad's been sick for the past couple of days, so I think I got it from him. Blech. Having a sore throat + having it hurt everytime you swallow really really sucks. I'm going to the doctor in a couple of minutes to make sure I don't have strep. I really hope I don't. After that, we're going to go out and get all my presents for everybody. We're going today before I get more sick then I already am.

Okay...I'm off to the doctor!

I really can't stay with one layout for a while. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm going to try to make a new one, but I don't know how it is going to turn out. I wish I had some computer skills so I could actually make a design, but I'm not smart enough for that. I'll post after I'm finished being creative. :D

Last night, I went out to the mall with AJ because he had to buy a couple things and I wanted to get my ears pierced. So, to make a long story short...I got my ears pierced. I have 2 holes in my right ear, and 3 in my left. Yay.

Wow. I really haven't written in a long time. I guess there's nothing really important to say but I had a "Surprise" party for me on May 18 and I really was surprised. No joke.

"Grease" ended June 1st and it was awesome. I had so much fun. I can't wait until the next show. The awards thing is on June 13. Can't wait to see everyone again.

Today I'm going to see "Grease" with Meg at the Papermill Playhouse...I think. I seriously can't believe that I'm going to see "Grease." Meg and I will probably be dancing in our seats. Hah.

As for me, I have two tests today, one of which I'm pretty sure I will do fairly well. The other I'm not too sure. I studied a lot, but his tests are usually hard. Can anyone guess? Of course...Mr. Welsh's Social Studies tests...

So, we ended up not going to the Meadowlands because Mr. Weiss had to cancel by 6:00am if he felt that we wouldn't be able to do the things we usually would. Lucky for us, there was a cancellation from another school on May 23, so that is our new date.

AJ will be home later today for the summer...yippee! AJ -- I know it's going to be great having you home once again and we'll be able to do so much stuff this summer! I love you.

Matt's Bar Mitzvah is today from about 12:00 to 5:30. Then I have a softball game at 6:00. After the softball game, I think that Karlee, Lauren, Alana, and I are going to the mall. I hope I don't die of exhaustion.

I'm supposed to go to the Meadowlands today for a school science trip. I might be cancelled, though. I wanted it to be cancelled before, but now I hope that it's not because I have it with my science class and Karlee and Lauren are in it. I also would rather find the "salinity" of water than go to school...I guess. I hope we get to go.

I haven't posted in a while, and I have a lot to catch up on.

I went to California with Aunt Sue on Saturday and came back Sunday. Just a simple layover, but it was awesome! I had a great time. We got there around 11:30am, 12:00pm. We checked in, got to our room, changed, and rented bikes. We rode to Venice Beach and it was beautiful!! We got ice cream there, and that was also so good. We went back to the hotel and sat by the pool. I finished my book. Once again...so good. Then we went to dinner and then got a facial! Ahhh...It was so good. I sat in business class both ways, and by myself. It was so cool! Thanks for everything, Aunt Sue. I love you.

Today I went to hit golf balls with Aunt Sue. I did pretty well, but I've never gone to a driving range, so I guess I did okay. Then Aunt Sue had to go shopping for some stuff for her condo, so I went with her so I didn't have to go home. I got home at about 11:30 and when Mom comes home I might ask her to take me to the mall for a little while so I can get my ears pierced. I hope I can!

I just woke up this morning at about 9:00 and I started to make breakfast. Dad was on the computer and said to me, "Supposedly Nintendo's GameCube isn't selling as well as they'd like it to." He told me about the website he was reading, and the article that jumped out at him.

"Nintendo To Give Away 'Zelda' With GameCube" Starting May 4th. Yay.

All I can say is...wow. I've wanted GameCube ever since I played it at Tracey's house. I look at it as a win/win situation. I'm asking for it for my birthday, and if I don't get it then...I'm going to go out and buy it. And this way, I can get it with "The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker." Whoo-hoo.

Now that I know more about what's going on in the world, I tend to talk about it more. So that means I come across a lot of people who say that they don't really care what's going on. It makes me sick to my stomach to actually think that I used to be like that. I might not read the newspaper everyday, or go online and read something about it everyday, but I do think that I know what's going on. I just don't know how people can be so selfish and not care about what's happening. It is happening to them afterall. I can't believe that I used to be one of those people who didn't really care. Now, I'm happy to say that I do care about what's going on. I hope that everything turns out all right and all of the soldiers come home safely. God Bless You All.

I must blog about Aida. It was so totally cool I can't even explain. I loved it so much. So now I'm getting greedy and I want to see it again. I'm so happy I got a chance to see it. Thank you so much, Aunt Sue! The next Broadway show I hope to see is Les Miserables. Hopefully I will get to before it goes away on May 18.

I have rehearsal today from 3-6, and I really want to go. I hope they do my cast, though. Tomorrow I have a cast rehearsal, which is just my cast from 5-6. We'll just work on like, well, nevermind because I have no idea what we'll work on. I'm really bored.

So yeah, I haven't blogged in a while. Just to catch up fast, I got Marty in Grease (the one who sings "Freddy, My Love"). I was really excited about that. Tracey got Jan and Meg got Patty Simcox. Congrats Trace & Meg!! Tracey's gonna make an awesome Jan because she's fat, and Meg's gonna be so cool as Patty because she's really peppy (Pepe). Oh, haha! I am so funny! Whatever.
